Information supplied via this form is for the use of our session only, kind of like a pre-trip checklist to help me prepare.

Please tell me a bit about your pet and where they're at in general these days in relation to health, energy level: *

i.e. treats, toys, attention, etc.

I often have treats on hand and want to make sure they're safe for your dog.

What are your pet's favourite activities? (chasing balls/sticks, water, hikes, snuggles, watching tv, etc) *

I aim to help your pet be as comfortable as possible in the strange studio environment, but please let me know if your pet is particularly sensitive or nervous in new indoor environments: *

Does your pet know any special tricks or do anything crazy/silly/fun/sweet you'd like us to try capture? *

Will any humans be joining in on this session? If so, please note name & relationship below. *

Pets will always be the focus. For in-studio sessions, please let me know if you'd like more than 2 humans joining in.

Humans are welcome to join in for a few frames, but as I'll be focussing on your pet, be prepared to give me a head tilt when I say 'treat'!
