So many rescues are having a hard time staying afloat these days. Not only are there constant requests to take in animals, there are medical needs - from the basic to the more involved, long term and life saving - to a slowing down of adoptions and burnout by the humans taking on the care and day-to-day operations of this monumental feat. A portion of all my pet mini sessions are donated to help animals who have found themselves in the care of a rescue.
2024 Easter Minis: Somebunny to Love
For Easter 2024, the pet photo mini session fundraiser helped out Amy's Bunny Barn. I've known Amy for many years and she has always been wholeheartedly committed to helping care and advocate for bunnies in our community. Amy not only rescues and helps dumped and homeless bunnies, she works hard at educating the myths surround domestic bunny care, while fundraising and finding foster and forever homes. And she does all this while holding down a day job and a family life. Along with day-to-day bunbun care and costs which includes food, bedding, enrichment toys, spays/neuters and other medical appts, etc. Amy is also working on expanding her rescue.
